Q1: How does this service work?

You choose a bundle, pay in USD, and provide the recipient’s phone number and address. We deliver the package within Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Q2: Who receives the delivery?

Your family member or friend in Ethiopia. We need their name, phone number, and address.

Q3: Which countries can order?

All countries except Ethiopia. The campaign is for diasporas only.

Q4: How long does delivery take?

Most deliveries are completed the next day, depending on the location.

Q5: Will I get delivery confirmation?

Yes. We send you a confirmation message and proof once the delivery is done.

Q6: What payment methods do you accept?

USD debit/credit cards and international payment methods.

Q7: Can I customize a bundle?

For now, you can only choose from the bundles listed.
